Workflow

IN, report, OUT, then return on the same record.

Vehicle IN
Company, yard, financer, vehicle, repo agency, repo agent, and a published template are required before the first IN is saved. Saving IN does not send email.
Review & Send Report
After the required fields and five first-entry photographs are complete, an authorised user sends the inventory report to the repo agency and, when present, the repo agent.
Vehicle OUT
OUT records the Release Slip, handover, and billing choice, then stores the movement and slip together.
Return / re-entry
If the vehicle comes back, staff reopen the same Yard Inventory record with a required return or refusal reason. A second inventory card is not created.
